Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. The only exception is if a translator is needed.

A NONREFUNDABLE/NONTRANSFERABLE booking fee is required when booking an appointment online to secure the spot. 50% of the booking fee will go towards the amount that's due on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance (listed in the description of your service) can be paid in CASH, ZELLE, OR VENMO. Credit cards will incur an additional 3% convenience fee.

Cancelling appointment for any reason will result in forfeit of deposit. No show will result in forfeit of deposit and charged 100% of the service price.

  • You are able to reschedule one time (notice within 48 hrs) with a deposit transfer. The new date must be selected within 24 hrs or you forfeit the deposit.

  • Additional reschedules will require a new deposit. The initial deposit does not transfer with additonal reschedules.

There is a 20 MINUTE grace period to check in. If you arrive later than 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a "no show" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Appointments are usually booked back to back. If there is not enough time to proceed with your appointment, you will have to reschedule with a new deposit. The initial deposit WILL NOT transfer

This is typically a TWO STEP process: Initial + a perfecting session. While some clients may accept the pigment and heal beautifully without a touch up, most clients are required to come back for a second session. On some rare cases, a third session may be needed to achieve the desired look.

Touch up sessions: These sessions ARE NOT INCLUDED with the initial session. Because results vary, it is recommended that you book your initial touch up. THIS IS NOT REQUIRED but highly recommended. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BOOK THIS SESSION.

All results will vary per person depending on their skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, any medications, precare and aftercare.

All foreign retouches will be considered as a CORRECTION SET and will need to be approved prior to booking. Please email photos in good lighting and free of makeup to matterofbrows@gmail.com
